The hot water (200℉+) flushes out more dirt and grime than a mop and bucket ever could, and you won’t have to worry about the sticky dirt attracting residue left behind by your mop. Our new technology lets us clean your tile and grout with highly pressurized hot water with complete control and removal for the most thorough clean ever!

 

Here's How We Get Your Tile & Grout Cleaned

1. First, we check your tile and grout for any existing damage like cracks and loose grouting.

2. We’ll then determine what type of tile we’re cleaning so we can choose the best cleaning agent for the job.

3. After moving some furniture as needed to open up the workspace, we’ll pre-treat the flooring with a solution that’ll soak for 5-10 minutes, emulsifying soils in porous tile and grout lines.

4. When it’s all set, we’ll power-wash the floors with a high-pressure hard surface cleaning tool. At this stage, we’re also rinsing the flooring with a neutralizing agent to remove residues and extracting any grime.

5. Finally, we move an air mover into the room to help it dry.

Our Minimum Service Charge is $150.00

 

Tile and Grout cleaning ranges between $0.80 and $1.25 per sq. ft. based on the condition and type of tile and grout

 

Sealing ranges between $0.45 and $0.80 per sq. ft. based on the number of applications.

 

Bathrooms and Showers are charged at a Flat Rate price scale
