Alliance Cleaning Solutions strives to be the most customer-friendly, efficient, and enviro-friendly carpet cleaning experience in Waldorf, MD.

We’re different than other companies because we use higher quality products and put a true emphasis on making the customer experience uniquely simple.

We believe in simple pricing, we don’t “nickel and dime” the prices like our competitors. Instead, we offer you one price for our most popular services and have additional services you can add. We do not charge more for each stain, which makes us very unique.

Alliance Cleaning’s Four-Step Cleaning Method

1.  Pre-Treatment

All stains (like spills, dirt, and wine) are prepped for removal. Pet treatments and vacuuming services are applied, if applicable.

2.  Pre-Clean

An Organic pre-spray solution is applied to help break down dirt and grime. This optimizes the effectiveness of our steam cleaning. We then use a counter-rotating brush machine to agitate and lift the carpet fibers, removing any deep-embedded particles.

3.  Steam Cleaning

Alliance Cleaning’s high-horsepower truck-mounted system sprays steam at 300-600 psi (depending on carpet style) to remove dirt and clean your carpet.

4.  Water Extraction

We use a high-powered vacuum to remove 95% of water from your carpets, making them completely dry after 3-5 hours under the right conditions.

Our 4-Step process and Triple Wand Pass brush technique ensure that your carpets get the best clean and the quickest dry.

Commercial Carpet Cleaning

The condition of your carpets and hard flooring has a measurable impact on the way your facility is perceived. No matter how updated and clean the rest of your building is, if carpets are worn, stained, and dirty, people will notice. And in commercial facilities, unlike homes, you can’t just move a sofa or table over the bad spots. Often, with commercial carpeting, the high traffic areas are the ones that see the most wear, and there is no way to hide it.  So, keeping your office carpeting in good condition is critical to your facility's overall reputation. And regular carpet maintenance extends the lifespan of this expensive asset. Maybe you have had carpets cleaned before with disappointing results, or maybe this is the first time you are requiring a cleaning. No matter what the case, you want to hire a company that employs the latest technology and techniques to get your carpets cleaned effectively and not spend more than you have to. Alliance Cleaning Solutions carpet cleaning technicians are trained and certified in the most effective and efficient commercial carpet cleaning methods.

Low-moisture Encapsulation Cleaning

Encapsulation cleaning is an interim carpet maintenance method. In this process, the encapsulating chemical is sprayed onto the carpet and then brushed into it using a cylindrical or rotary brush machine or bonnet. The encapsulation chemistry coats each soil particle and crystallizes it, so it can’t attract other soil particles. The encapsulated soil particles are released from the carpet fiber and removed by routine vacuuming, which is generally performed by the janitorial staff at regularly scheduled times. Since this is a low-moisture system, carpets can be put back into use promptly. This process allows maintenance companies to maintain a consistently high level of appearance at a lower cost than other cleaning methods while achieving high productivity. This method is designed for commercial maintenance only. Encapsulation cleaning should be followed periodically (every 2–3 cleanings) by thorough hot-water extraction.

Dry Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning

Dry carpet cleaning is among the advances in commercial carpet cleaning that have continued to drive better results, greater efficiency, and faster return to service. With dry carpet cleaning, such as the dry encapsulation method, special polymers in the cleaning solution capture soil and debris, acting like tiny sponges to lift and collect stains and dirt from both the carpet’s surface and deep into the pile. The solution then rapidly dries, forming hard crystals that encapsulate and trap dirt into a dry crystal material that is vacuumed up, leaving carpets looking great and ready to be in service in no time. Encapsulation carpet cleaning modalities, like the Whittaker carpet cleaning method, offer a great method for interim carpet cleaning between hot water extraction cleaning.

Bonnet Cleaning

Bonnet cleaning is an interim maintenance program typically used in commercial cleaning situations. It is considered a low-moisture cleaning system. This process only cleans the face fibers; it does not achieve the deep-cleaning results of processes such as shampooing and hot water extraction.

Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning

The single most effective way to deep-clean your office carpets is truck-mounted hot-water extraction carpet cleaning. However, this may not be a suitable method if you have glued-down carpeting. Truck-mounted hot water extraction carpet cleaning utilizes a powerful machine that heats water in the service truck. Then, carpet cleaning technicians use a professional hot-water extraction machine to inject water and carpet cleaning solution into your carpets and remove dirt. The extraction machine then uses powerful suction to remove the cleaning solution, dirt, soil, and hot water from the carpet. This method not only removes the most debris and material from your carpets, with nearly all of the water removed, but also dries carpets quickly, making re-soiling unlikely and putting areas of your building back in operation sooner.

Portable Hot Water Extraction Machine For Accessibility

Truck-mounted hot water extraction is the most powerful, reliable, and clean; however, some areas of your facility might be difficult to reach with the truck-mounted machine. Other times, you might only require spot cleaning or cleaning a smaller area, and in these cases, a portable hot water extraction machine is very effective. Portable Hot Water Extraction carpet cleaning works much like truck-mounted hot water extraction, except for the process that occurs within the machine itself. This makes it a bit more portable and very effective for spot-treating or completing smaller service areas.

Pricing
The cost of commercial carpet cleaning services depends on the size of the area to be cleaned, the cleaning method used, whether spot cleaning is needed, and the amount of furniture in the area. Commercial carpet cleaning for a 2,500-square-foot office averages $0.30 to $0.44 per square foot, or $750 to $1,100 in total. Commercial carpet cleaning for a 50,000-square-foot office averages $0.20 to $0.27 per square foot, or $10,000 to $13,500 in total.
